Epitaph of My Own

Life so willingly given, I am thankful
And so I ask to be written something beautiful
Such as “A world has been brought to light,
One that glows with inspiration and flight,
And I thank thee-- with all my heart,
Thy ever open wings have set me apart
Yet given me a chance to be special and bright.”
