Epoh
I've done it all in my life I've stayed holstered in a draw I've hung my head when the bad news comes That's every hour on the hour of every day I've raised my glass to the shining sun I've picked fights with the ones I love I took for granted everyone around me Even in Mississippi I'd gladly surrender my freedom For responsibility As long as I got the satisfaction Of her happiness The thing that I've yet to do Is find the strength or a way To stand up straight, meet your eyes And apologize And say that I'm sorry Blind yourself to the fact That this is all for you It's never not been, always has And always will be So take your love and your hair And your beautiful, shining eyes Go somewhere far from here And live as happy As you can
