Escape

Poets have power through words, phrases, and rhymes

There is always meaning behind every line

Poetry is an escape, a world unknown

The beauty is that you can refer back to feelings and emotions you felt, after you've grown

To me, poetry means a way to express what I'm feeling

In a way, it's emotional healing

Poetry is my way of getting my feelings out

It will forever be apart of my life, I have no doubt
