Escape

I can feel something between us. You ask
me questions that don't seem to have a point
inside i crack, a few bones and a joint
stop paying attention to me, a task
that seems to be the new norm. I want you
to lose sight of others' options. They
are irrelevant, now and yesterday
my emotions are all a shade of blue
be more consistent, talk to me or not
stop leaving me guessing and wanting more
on one hand, I want you to hurt on the floor
on the other, I miss you quite a lot.
My wild feelings get the best of me
Escape from peer pressure, its my last plea.
