Escape From Here


I walk through the water, chilled to the bone The beauty I see, I wish it were home The smell of the air, salty but sweet Sand on my soles, I crinkle my feet. It cannot last, I must go back To a place called "home," what an attack. I'll work hard so one day, I can live by the sea With the sun looking down, shining on me.
