Escaping

Chasing endlessly towards a beam of warmth,

but my shadow dissapears, becoming one with the light.

My path breaks up into a million roads

and dead in the center, my body ready for flight.

Confusion takes over me, a millionth time agian.

"Where do you want me to go?

please allow me to join the freed men"

The wind whispered,

"Leave your sadness behind

be patient and develop a clear state of mind".

Sad memories erased,

Negative vibes replaced,

I will no longer follow but take my own lead

This will be the last time that you see me cry and plead.
