Eternal Lullaby at Windy Point

Hush now, beloved.
The sky has gone gold,
and the sun slips soft
into mountains grown old.

The rocks remember
your laughter, your name.
The wind holds your sorrow,
but carries no blame.

You’ve wandered so far
through a life never fair—
promises whispered
then lost to the air.

You were told there’d be hands
to catch when you fell,
a world full of doors
and someone to tell.

But the doors stayed shut,
and the silence grew deep,
so come now, and rest—
let the stones keep secrets you cant even weep.

I won’t rush you forward,
I’ll just hold the light
until it dissolves
into warm desert night.

No more forms, no more fear,
no more reasons to hide.
Just stars overhead,
and the pain brushed aside.

You sat here once smiling,
with love at your side—
a brief, gentle hour
when the world didn’t lie.

I saw it—I envied
that glimmer of grace.
Now the wind wears your name
as it dances this place.

You are not broken.
You’re just bruised by the years.
Lay your head on the stone,
Hear the mountain echo your fears.

But wait if you wish—
I will never demand.
I am always just here,
a breath from your hand.

When you’re ready, I’ll hum
while you drift into peace—
a lullaby written
for those who seek release.

So hush now, beloved.
No need to decide.
Just know that I see you,
and I stay by your side.
