Eternal Winter

Life goes backwards, Turning, n turning Back to the big black roots. Spring is not welcome here, This is everlasting winter. Your oranges n yellows Finding hard here to mellow No other colors to borrow Only white rules here, Pale as cold can bear. Even the great darkness fears To enter this realm. Land of the undead The coliseum of dispair Life battles n dies here, Reaper takes the soul But leaves the body Who would be so greedy, To take a body from here? Would someone take the body? So it can decay, And new lives can be ready, For that is the way It should be In order to be free From all the hatred The icy cold hate That never fades. Burn the bodies, Cleanse this realm with fire, It’s a kindness if the flames go higher. Let the snow melt away, water Let it stream down your eyes So it can ease your heart of ice. Forgiveness is divine. But only in the flame that it lies. Only then the spring may come, With all the yellows n oranges But first everything must burn And to forgive we must learn.
