An Eternal Yearn

Your costume glimmers as you twirl on stage

Allowing everyone to witness your grace

Such allure, one could not help but engage

I long to find myself in your embrace

Carried with the poise of a dainty swan

Seeing you upon stage fills me with pride

I cannot refrain myself as I fawn

Pink ribbon bound shoes giving aid to glide

Your steps remind me of an ocean breeze

Tranquility evident in your form

Executed flawlessly with such ease

Similar to the calm before a storm

You are a dancer it is what you do

I yearn to become one with you
