An evaluation of myself
When you don't have anyone to cry for help to
you become violently selfish with your own tears
You become a shadow of someone else
You laugh when you should not have to laugh
you cry far too often and you smile too little
And when you do smile, your reality quickly supresses
any reason you had to in the first place
What defines power?
Is it that,
you know who you are,
so when people ask you who you are you tell them
and when their heads slowly nod, mouths agape, as if they were unsatisfied
because you told them you were an artist
is it that you never question yourself?
How could you not question yourself?
