Even Geniuses Fall Sometimes

I just did something stupid.

I looked at you.

Across the room.

and you

were just

standing there

being

perfect.

Is there any world where wisdom wasn't whirled away by the first flower of love?

Don't worry.

I know.

You can't ever

really

love me.

But stupidity isn't really voluntary.

So I looked at you.

And you looked at me.
