Even If She Can't Fly
Even If She Can’t Fly- Stella D’Vine
She thinks constantly of the sky.
Thinking of the soft wind on her face.
The tussle of her hair.
The freedom of air
Feeling the weightlessness
Tasting the world around her
Hear the rush of the pressure around her ears
Explore the unexplored
Unleash the beast
Even if she can’t fly she is still dreaming
Even if she can fly she is still wishing
Even if she can’t fly she is still thinking:
One day.
