Ever Since Jesse Died

Nobody seems to smile anymore

They just seem to cry

They sit there with a blank look

Ever since Jesse Died

Fun is not really fun

From the truth we tried to hide

We seem to be breaking apart

Ever since Jesse Died

He has a locker of memories,

But it hurts so we look away

Yet he’s always on our mind

Some of us feel betrayed

We can’t forget the loss

No matter how hard we try

Things just haven’t been the same

Ever since Jesse Died
