Every darkness has a Light

She left me in haste without explanation or warning

I gained the most beautiful angel no further mourning

He left with excuses pouring through his lips as our lives were shortly altered

I couldn’t ask for a more unbreakable bond between mother and daughter

Every morning I awaken with worries fluttering my mind

I woke up this morning healthy and blessed praising god for he is kind

Shadows lurk through everyone’s lives

But only you can bring the sunshine through your eyes

       Life is dark at times but we find ways to make ours blossom

  Because through all the darkness we must realize

      Everything in fact is awesome
