Every Hit

Everything Sparkles
Its all becomes clear
Outlined in black
Details suddenly appear

The smells, tastes, and touch are easier to comprehend
Everything is simple
Nothing is bland

Time feels slow
but passes too quick
People become interesting and more beautiful with every hit

Laying in the sun
Taste the fresh air
Music sounds better than ever through music buds into my ear

Immobile but aware
Memories I do contain
They’ll last me for a lifetime
Everything sparkles
Details suddenly appear
