Every Other
I am imperfect
As is every other soul.
I make mistakes, I sometimes cry,
I don't reach every goal.
I am imperfect
As is every other girl.
I think too much, I talk too loud,
My hair won't always curl.
I am imperfect
As is every other child.
I complain, I forget,
My clothes are sometimes piled.
But as is every other being,
I'm perfectly imperfect.
And anyone who says I'm not
Is sadly incorrect.
