Every Second

Every second of everyday

And every day of every life

It is the most precious of jewels

And the most prized of any treasure,

Because we will always give anything,

For just one more day

And as we only have so many days

With so much to see; so much to love

From every sunrise to every star glittering in the sky

Cherish every little thing you have

Because one day it will all be gone

And as sad as that day will be,

Learn to love in every second until then
