Everyday of my life

Every day of my life I open my eyes wondering who I am Every day of my life i close my eyes as I question things I beg to understand Everything is always fine from the outside dying in Nothing feels right when you think you know how it all will end I'll pull you back from madness when sanity grows paper thin Nothing out there can break the bonds we've built The struggle is an illusion, cast a blind eye to tones of synthetic guilt None of us are to blame, this wasn't the fucking plan Fan the flames, why won't we ever take a solid stand Tear down the walls , map our own fate No reason for the violence No reason for the hate I refuse to try and break you down anymore Our connection was severed when my love for you became a chore A bitter task , that you never deserved And forced me to appreciated I didn't think in the end, love was something I now truly hated A one way ticket down a once well lit street Now dark and cold , there was never a victory, it was always defeat. I'd give everything to go back and kill myself just so we would never meet An encounter that lit the fuse, you crushed my spirit and could care less I was just an object you chose to use Time heals no wounds, I must confess Time hardens the heart, and you start to care less It's a shame how your ignorance of any situation slowly picked you apart Iced over your heart, took so much innocence away from the ones who never had the chance to even begin to start.
