Everyone has a song about California

California's on fire

The west coast is burning
A virus is spreading
But the world keeps on turning

Our hearts are so lonely
Our bellys aren't full
Our bodies are tired
Our faces so dull

The Earth is now screaming
The sun hides from shining
The mountains are crumbling
There's no more silver lining

No Christmas bells ringing
No drunken new year
California is burning
And we're drowning in fear
