Everyone Knows

Each day I strive to see you again

And I comb through my mind to say something then

But I stutter and murmur

Sorry I'm not a fast learner

I stumble, I fall

I try hard to stand tall

But I run into a wall

That is your gentle face

I glance upon it

Color rushes from my skin

I think about it

I forget where to begin

I say some things flirty

Maybe some more I say dirty

But inside I can't gather

Enough information to make me matter

You make me blush

You make me cry

I just sit there flush

And begin to wonder why

I was given such bliss

That came in the form of you

All I want is a kiss

And then some too

There's only so many times I can flatter

Before rumors start to gather

And everyone finally knows

That

I

Love

You
