Everything

Image is everything. The way people see You versus how you see yourself. Self assurance is something everyone should strive for, but the journey is grueling and hard. It doesn't help when you have people lined up on the side of your path to tell you how unworthy you are; unworthy of work, of love, of equality. So I'd change what people see. I'd make it so that people could see each other and not just what they're supposed to see or an image that's being projected in order to fool others or protect themselves. I know this one thing would cause a giant ripple effect. So my answer is, I'd change everything.
