Everything and Nothing
as she sips into her cup of tea
she tastes the salt on her lips.
it reminds her of the sea
dangerous yet exquisite.
it reminds her of the waves
devastating yet winsome.
it reminds her of the tides
cataclysmic yet they leave her numb.
but most of all they remind her of him
everything and nothing at once.
