the everything between

door house room bed hands on waists smiles and warm breathe kisses on foreheads bumping chins arrhythmic pacing changing weight your chest my chest darkness lightness breathing laughs like pilgrims pray, lips biting, kisses dipping singing dancing my arms search a mile around together triumph together collapsing it’s funny how the weirdest things can be beautiful to you a hip with any amount of fat on it or a smile with crooked teeth but only gentle word it speaks it's funny how love is taking everything and filing it into existence or lack of importance which it then forgets to see. life isn’t really the everything you thought it was but the everything between
