everything is okay

how to know when to say that everything is okay to breathe in and breathe out to know the time to lash out keeping emotions inside to leave your own past behind to move forward and know today that everything is okay that outlet your stress release will never be enough to defeat that burden crawling through your skin your demeanor now is wearing thin to hide yourself in your pride to which you always will abide the person you think to be you although this is not true Be the self you're proud of someone not mean or shallow full of heart and enough grace to know that tomorrow is yours to embrace to get through each day to know everything is okay
