Everything works out in the end

Wasn't I right ?

For being so afraid

In telling you how I feel

Wasn't I right ?

Just keeping you in my dreams.

And only in that dream

Wasn't I happy?

To imagine as my queen

Sleeping in and waking up with you

Now I wake up alone

Even if it's just a dream

They say everything works out in the end

But nothing works out in the end

Without you by my side

Because I knew what you would say

You would say'

"I am sorry, I like you

But not in that way"

I was standing on the edge

Fetching something I don't deserve

And this delusion in my head

Is going to bring me to my knees

They say everything works out in the end

But nothing will work out in the end

Without you by my side.
