is i bad to reminisce?, to hurt from anothers dismiss?, to wish upon a shooting star?, to always wonder & act bizarre?, to want back what you once had, to feel the happiness that was, which is currently drowning in sad, to be judged by a persons mistakes, to work so hard & still make no brakes, im so strong willed, & yet i still flake, looking all around me, i know whats in stake, i promised myself id never for sake, but this is a risk i'll just have to take, most of my days have ran past & quick, my days are numbered, barely any left to pick, some memories are left, to forever stick, & some are to haunt me, drowning me in despair, & laying it thick, putting this simply, the silence makes me sick, i cannot pretend that this is the end, that you were not there, that we were not friends, that this was a simple illusion, & complete denial, is our only conclusion, true ive done wrong, before time showed your face, & my lips did not speak of a certain disgrace, true that it was low, that it took the sands of the earth, & father time for it to show, but fault me not on my lack of speech, or my failure to speak my trueness at least, but rather that i attempted to cease, & keep your bliss & peace, a ignorant choice thats haunts me, one that will never be released.
