Eviction Notice

When it comes to these drugs I feel like im chasing the dragon, But only fast enough to touch his tail, Somedays I feel like this is how it will always be. I will always lose and he will always prevail. Well maybe its true in the world of confusion and hate, That drugs are the lure and your just the bait. They bait you and bait you until your finally hooked, Its like for the longest time you cannot quite get on that schedule, but now you have been booked. Now for the rest of eternity it feels like you'll be paying the price. I mean lets face it meth in a needle is one dangerous device, And once you pick it up and combine the two, Your pour little veins are going to suffer until they're black and blue. Some will collapse, but some might miraculously make it through. The saddest part is that you will continue to stick youself in the same spot for a high that you once knew, That first high you received is now dead and done, And the life you booked in hell has only just begun, As the bond becomes stronger. It drags you deeper and deeper, But whatever you do don't let it drag you down to the depths of the reaper, Down there you could find yourself trapped and without a trace. And that needle and your high will be your only saving grace. Thats why you must stop yourself before you get to a full dead sprint. And realized that the devil is consuming your mind and hasn't even paid rent, You must evict him out of your heart and out of your brain. Because without doing so you could go mentally insane. You must break the pattern and destroy the routine. I know it will be difficult. Especially after everything you've seen. But if you take it one step at a time. Things that seemed Impossible will start to fall in line. Everything was confusing will start to make sense. And you can figure out now how to build a new defense, So that sober life you've been preparing for can finally commence.
