The Evil Stepmother

The fairest
Is what I want to be.
A stepmother
Is what I ended up being.
Wrinkled skin
Not smooth and white like hers.
Gray hair
No longer black like hers either.
Snow White
How I want to be you.
Hateful soul
Is what I am left with.
Burning jealousy
I must get rid of you.
Handsome men
Ignore this old woman for you.
The fairest
I no longer am this though.
Snow White
Let me be that a little longer.
Burning jealousy
Leaves me cold, lonely and dark.
I leave
Only as just the evil stepmother.
