Evocation

Can you hear my voice calling you? Desperately, I shout my lungs out. Can you read the thoughts in my brain? Every nerve in my body carries the impulse to search for you. When I run, can you feel the air that I move? The tears make my cheeks shine, can you feel the warmth of it? Someone once evoked me. For he said he was stuck in my thoughts. But his sound was too feeble, it faded before reaching me. When I asked him if he could hear the song of our memories playing in every part of me, He declared that I was too small to sing such a song. You and your vague face, But your eyes too bright to be forgotten. I run away from everything. But the song that I sing now can't be unwritten. The words in it belong to no one. Its music doesn't resonate any heart. So, I evoke you. You, Someday, somewhere to be found.
