Evolution

The world is changing,

Evolution is taking place,

Destruction is taking its toll

All caused by the human race.

The forests are dying,

The animals are dead,

But yet we continue.

Blood is shed in selfishness,

Happiness is taken by greed.

How long shall that maddness continue?

The faults of our species

Will kill them all.

The Earth will renew the worthy,

The ungrateful left behind,

So the fall of the once powerful race

Will be left with something better in its place.
