Have you ever had a meltdown, because you were afraid you weren’t going to pass?

Afraid that your parents spent money on something, that you weren’t going to get through?

Afraid to go home and and have to tell family members, that you’re going to community college instead.

Afraid that life isn’t going the way you want?

My mom tells me, “ I know you can do this.”

People tell me “You can pass!”

My mom tells me to “Get Angry”

That if I want it bad enough, I’ll get angry.

But having a meltdown, and crying while studying,

isn’t how I wanted to start college.

But all that matters,

Is that I pass right?

but my mental stability doesn’t?
