Excepting Me For Me
Excepting you for you is one of the most hardest things to do. As humans we naturally come with flaws and obstacles to cross. Being me and excepting me was one of the hardest things I did. I was picked on from middle school to high school. I was called everything in the book: Fat girl, Chubby checker, Baldy you name it. did it stop me? absolutely not! it made me stronger, wiser and better. I have been through a lot I was homeless in the middle of my senior year. My dream was to succeed and make it to college. Thats the only thing that kept me pushing through all the struggles I had in life. My dream kept me going, in the shelter every night I dreamed of getting out. Nobody could tell what I was going through I kept myself together; I excepted me for whom I was and went to school with a smile on my face everyday. I knew that eventually My family and I would be blessed. Me excepting me for being: homeless, overweight, poor etc. got me living my dreams. Yes I am now a college student studying what I always wanted. Excepting you for you is one of the most hardest things to do but in the end it's greatly rewarding.
