Excuse My Enigma
What is life without surprises? What is life without contradictions? What is life without good and evil? What is life? You was shot and killed, it came as a surprise. Much more like a sign. When I found out you were gone I lost all fear. I stopped believing. I couldn't take it. My brother. The oldest out of all of us. Why You? Why Us? Why the pain and disrupt? I just wanna know why did you have to go. Why did God take you from me? Was it a lesson I had to see? Was it a lesson I had to learn. That you can be here today and gone tonight. Why do we live if we're only going to die. I still look up in the sky and ask God why. Why am I still living and my brother not? Is there a special purpose for me on Earth? Is my brother reliving through me? Rebirth? I fill different as in smarter you see. Im still living life why the Devil is trying to fool me. What is life without surprises? What is life without contradictions? What is life without good and evil? What is life? Life is a book. You can continue to read along, read ahead or stay on the same page. There's certain things that aren't meant to be understood. My brother's death was something misunderstood, this poem will be misunderstood, I am misunderstood. Excuse my enigma.
