Execution
A misinterpreted isolation,
By both plaintiff and defendant, culprit and victim.
They guess one explanation or another;
It's never what the case holds true.
Piercing stares aimed at the victim-
Who’s no match for the opinionated accuser.
Plaintiffs being judges in a court,
Not certified, yet falsely confident
In their poorly analyzed conclusions,
They have set a precedent.
Now it seems that those who break it
Must face a malicious trial;
A trial with a jury of biased fools-
Who’ve been persuaded by a single culprit;
A culprit without a brain or soul;
A man devoid of an open mind;
A man ignorant of the realness inside;
An accuser baffled by diversity.
His reaction so predictable,
With minor differences viewed as a heinous crime.
He knows not that it is not a felony,
But a cause for celebration.
The uninformed and feeble are judges
Who deem individuality a disadvantage
Afraid to show the person within;
The blame is put on the victim.
Poor defendants, the targets for such hatred;
Whose embraced differences brought about the world.
With no acceptance, what be life
But a myriad of blank pages with no avail?
Something wrong with this poem?
