Exhaustion

Lassitude comes in many forms, the upright and the slumped, in spite of frequent late night coffee runs.

Fatigue is not an emotion, not a state

Rather, it is a person, and a nasty one at that.

I am Fatigue.

Iam exhaustion.

I am lassitude.

I am the product when you multiply sleepless nights and endless tests to the power of constant stress.

I am the result of soaring expectations, countless challenges, and above all

work. I am the son of effort, the child of endeavor.

I am the deadly revelation upon mixing inspiration and motivation

Dedication

The exhasution I feel is acute, enduring, and a key part of my character

but the will to fight, to run, to soar, cannot be smothered.
