Existence
as you are now
you have lived
a life
some may wish to have
close your eyes
notice how your
heartbeat feels
how your
breathing feels
how all of your body systems
act together
to form this
beautiful human
that is you
you are important
you have cells depending on
you
and you are the most important thing to those cells
you are existing
in the crazy world
you can do so much more than you give yourself credit for
you are a miracle
and you make someone
somewhere
happy
and you are
existing
