Expensive Blood
So willing and ready
My seraph,so heady
Naïve and pure
With an alluring implore
Now strung to the floor
by expensive blood
The demon now replaces
where her heart once stood
But how many veins
does it take to revive
The naïve and willing angel
whom the devil stole from I.
