Experiences
Once upon a summer's day
I strolled through a garden
and came across a rose just like any other
Although I asked myself this question.
Why is it that roses have thorns?
Is it because they are fragile
Similar to that of charcoal after a flame
Or that their beauty mustn't be touched.
Still we go and touch that rose.
we get hurt nonetheless but not by its thorns
but by it's stunning beauty.
One of many in this garden of Eden.
Flourishing in memories
Overwhelming in roses
