Exposing Beauty from Within

What makes me awesome?

I will not say my beautiful looks or sense of style,

But rather my heart and character that boast aloud

The honor that I have towards God and my family

Is all the reason that awesome exist inside of me 

In spite of life's hardships and struggles

I manage to stay strong 

Knowing that I have inner strength to move on

Because I embrace change and endure warfare on my behalf 

Is all the reason that awsome exist inside of me

The fact that I am a considerate person

One who is listens and weeps because of the pain of others

Having respect for those who disrespect me

Forgiving people who have wronged me

Is all the reason that awesome exist inside of me 

Look at my life and you will see

A pure demostraction of an awesome person within me

Though I have flaws and issues

Yet can be recoginized as a person of integrity 

Is all the reason that awesome exist inside of me
