Express Yourself

Pure as the love within our hearts

Strong as the determination that is just

This passion we have displayed within the arts

Nothing can stand in the way of us

These emotions we feel are easily learned

However they are not expressed by all

This nature of being concerned

Shall never be our downfall

Hatred and anger are ugly things

However we have learned much more than this

And that is what makes us human beings

But the positive is what gives us bliss

These emotions can bring us happiness and peace

For through our hardships love shall never cease
