Expresses to express

Outright outrages at times,

My mind in twines with the he say she say of this world,

I write to express

These feelings that needs to be addressed,

Who else to talk to,

No one,

I take a look at the paper,

It’s blank,

I find that once I’ve begun,

It’s war,

I can’t stop writing if I wanted to,

It’s like meditation to alleviate my frustrations,

If I continue to hold life in,

When will my life begin?

Never,

Thank god for poetry because if not who knows where I’d be.
