Expression

I feel like there’s something missing,

I struggle to find the piece that’s disappearing.

Maybe the reason behind my smile,

But it’d be a lie if I said that I was fine.

I wonder why I’m incapable to express,

my feelings, thoughts, what I think.

I wonder if there’s someone who’s willing to listen,

I have so much that I want to say.

I write it out to express myself.

Without writing I don’t know where I would be.

It’s crazy how therapeutic it actually is,

It makes me feel like I’m in a state of bliss.

How I was introduced, I’ll never know.

I thank God for showing me though.

Writing is my passion, I’ll never quit.

A part of me, I’m proud of.
