Expression

Poetry is not always about the rhyming and spittin'

Sometimes it's about taking the time to listen,

to that voice in your head that is telling you to write.

Don't you stop babygirl until your point is across.

It's about how your feeling, what made you feel this way.

Maybe even why it took you so long to express it.

Expression.

Not just on your face but also what is on the inside.

Takes you on an emotional roller coaster, ready to tap out.

It's alittle to late to back out now.

This is the life we live,

the battle of expression.

Take the time out of your life to make this count.

It's your time to show everyone what you are about.
