The Extraordinary Me

Unique and extraordinary I hadn’t felt

For many, many years throughout my life.

Thankfully those feelings are starting to melt,

And I am cutting my self-consciousness with a knife.

Depression and heartache took their toll on me,

But now I have a whole new attitude.

Some people might have the need to disagree

That life should be filled with a lot of gratitude.

I realized my heart is that of gold,

And I help anyone who needs a hand.

My generosity is very bold;

That I hope people do not misunderstand.

I am very caring and not judgemental

Because people are all unique.

I am actually quite gentle

So no stress or worries are able to leak.

Happiness is my goal today

Because no one deserves to be upset

Hurry up and do not have a delay

Be yourself and do not sweat!
