Eye Fire

Eye Fire.

The Eye, useful and amazing.

An eye, a searching eye, looking through the sky.

Seeing the bird, the tree, even the shallow moving breeze.

Fire, it burns through the night and day.

It rages or it wanes as it might.

Raging forward with sheer determination through drop and fall alike.

The fire, the eye.

The soul fighting gaze you see,

in the eyes of a fighter, fighting for what they be.

Passion for joy.

Like a fire dancing through the deepest of nights.

Yet, the night, the end, and despair do swim by.

And indeed you may see that fire flicker or die.

It might kindle as a fighter back on the ropes,

or it may just fall into an eerie darkness.

Poof, like a swift gust of wind leaving nothing behind.

Or so it seems.

See, the fire is never truly gone.

Even when hope flutters on the faintest of wings and falls at the drop of a dime.

Fires can be willed back through deepest of darkness or lightest of skies.

Don’t ever let your fire flutter.

Fight as a fighter for your fire gone or here.

For this is the true meaning of,

Eye Fire.
