Eyes Deeper Than The Sea

With eyes deeper than the sea,

She peers all the way inside of me.

Before, I never would’ve conjured a dream,

Where she would stare at me then gleam,

Where she would whisper the words “I love you”.

With perception as infinite as the gaping sea too,

Eyes like an x-ray to peer into my soul and find

The true love and compassion in my mind.

A whispering, widowed, web she did wind,

Pulling me in into a deeper spiraling bind.

Straight to her heart, straight to her soul.

Directly into her passionate lips she does pull.

In her embrace is my only biological niche.

For my heart is the one she bewitched.

Her hands laced in the hair on my head,

Our bodies embraced together on a bed.

The fire of passion in my beating heart,

I find the inspiration in my mind of art.

Art does not always take a physical form;

For I know it is not always the norm,

But romantic poetry I always write,

Is art for the girl I see in my dreams.

A girl with eyes deeper than all the seas.
