Eyes Upward

I messed up I dropped the ball But this ain't about that Its not about the fall It's not about the crying and cursing as you fly down the hole Its not about the people who watched you slip and fall Its not about how much it hurt when you hit the bottom Its about the reaching the flailing and trying to grab hold Its about the struggle and the tears Its about the blood and the sweat Its about the courage to keep on Its about the climb Its about surpassing anything limit you thought you had Its about keeping the hunger and keeping your eyes upward
