FABRICATION OF YOUR ROOTS!

A water Lily escaped my mouth; I

Had told a lie. Not a poetic one.

One with dirt and red meat. A goofy tongue tie,

Knots and knots line its lie-y stomach. My

Water lily brushed up some skin,

And others it scraped. A junk yard of ties.

It tried to bloom, but plastic leaves don’t win.

Nor do water lilies in ponds of flies.

And once that water lily landed on

your stomach. That glazy white thing. And tried

It’s hardest to burrow in, to unbutton

That white silk of yours. And tie the untied.

But the chest killed that creature, with one rise.

And a water lily escaped my mouth- All with flies.
