Face the music

Your powerful sound has defeated me many times Your curvey edges has bothered me when playing you The music given to me to play I wanted to give away My love for you has driven me crazy but, when I played your beautiful sound gave me hope You were there when I had my bad and good times I will never forget As I put my chin on you and angle you on my shoulder to play you I remind myself the epic places you have lead me to My strength was tested and you gave me more strength that I learned to bare I play you and you give me air to breathe You mentored me into believing that I am amazing and changing into a woman of great passion You have forever and will forever be where I began and that will never change nor will it end My instrument My Viola

"Face the music" was based off of my instrument, viola, because my viola has helped me through obstacles at school and within my personal life. I have learned to face my music by playing music when there was no one or nothing else for me to lean on. Therefore, my viola was my mentor and it made me stronger and confident more then I was before.
