Facebook


The moment I felt the urge to keep my eyes locked on the screen only to smile  nonstop ear to ear,

Awhile my heart beats a race it’s surely the only one to win forcing my tongue to twist words without an actual name,

was the day I notice Facebook has made me go mentally insane,

the rush grew weaker and denser to the core I literally did not know what was expecting at my front door,

membranes releasing the flood of a birth just as the shadows fill up half the earth,

the night sky awakened my soul as the evening light cast forgiveness in my heart,
